Privacy Policy

Simeone Floors Inc ("Simeone Floors", "we", "us") is a commercial flooring contractor at 12 New Salem St, Wakefield, MA 01880. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may give us your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, approximate square footage, the material you are considering, your timeline, and any message you write. If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare an estimate or proposal.
• To schedule site visits, coordinate projects, and follow up on work we perform.
• To keep records required for our business, such as project and billing records.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with people and services that help us do the work you asked for (for example, our email and hosting providers), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It stores a small note in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit; it is cleared when you close the tab. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and describe what is collected.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond, to perform and support the work, and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the website.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Massachusetts residents may also have rights under state law regarding the security of personal information.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
