Before you call.
Yes. Stores, offices, and medical buildings cannot close for days, so our crews run night and weekend shifts and your doors stay open during business hours.
Call or text 781.375.9025 with the approximate square footage and the material you are considering, such as LVT or carpet tile. We follow up to go over the details. Estimates are free.
Occasionally. Our equipment and crews are built for large commercial work: schools, healthcare, retail, and apartment complexes. When a residential scope fits that, we are glad to look at it.
LVT convincingly mimics wood or stone and cleans easily. Solid vinyl tile is homogeneous, so it resists heavy loads and indentation better. For healthcare, where rolling loads are constant, we usually recommend solid vinyl tile.
Most standard interior surfaces, including drywall, concrete, and plywood. You get the look of masonry without its weight. We inspect the substrate first, and we can schedule the walls alongside your new floor.
Flooring made from vinyl, linoleum, rubber, or cork. It has some give underfoot, which makes it durable and comfortable, and it resists water.
With proper care, commercial grade resilient flooring typically lasts 10 to 30 years, depending on the material, the traffic, and the maintenance.
Often, yes, if the existing surface is clean, flat, and sound. We assess the floor on site before recommending it.
Minor scratches and gouges can usually be patched or filled. Larger damage means replacing individual tiles or sections, which we handle through our maintenance and repair service.
