We build our own field labor force and train it in house. If you know the work, or want to learn it, apply any time.
The trades

Resilient installers
LVT, VCT, and carpet tile. Demo, prep, cuts, glue and lay, layout, and vinyl base.

Tile setters
Ceramic and porcelain on walls and floors. Large format, gauged porcelain panels, waterproofing, and layout.

Concrete and topping techs
Self level toppings, polished concrete, and epoxy.

Crew leads
Lead crews in the field, run a project to its budgeted hours, keep it organized, and use the technology.

Apprentices
Bring the basic tool list and the will to learn. We teach the rest on real jobs.
Shifts and pay
Work the shift that fits.
- Days
- 6 AM
- to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Nights
- 1.25x
- your rate. 9 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Thursday.
- Weekends
- 1.5x
- your rate for anything over 40 hours.
- Out of town
- $40
- daily cash stipend. Hotel paid. Travel time paid each way after 45 minutes from the office.
